Course overview

The Hills Course is Costa Navarino's third championship layout, set on the higher ground above the resort with sweeping views across the Peloponnese hills and out to the Ionian Sea. Designed by Robert Trent Jones II — the same architect responsible for The Dunes Course — the 18-hole design takes full advantage of the elevated terrain, with several tees and greens positioned to maximise the dramatic coastal panorama. The course incorporates the natural topography of the Messinian hills, with changes in elevation adding tactical variety to each hole.

Character & atmosphere

A hillside resort course with more elevation change than its Costa Navarino siblings. The views are the most expansive of the three courses, with the combination of sea, hills and ancient landscape visible throughout the round. Longer carries and uphill approaches require careful club selection.
