Overview
Turnberry's Ailsa Course sits above the Firth of Clyde within sight of Ailsa Craig, with several holes running along the shoreline near the course's lighthouse. Originally laid out in 1906 and substantially rebuilt by Mackenzie Ross after wartime airfield use, it has hosted The Open Championship four times.
